Easy and quick service

We trust our car with Park 'n Fly. The best part about this service is the speed with which you can leave your car and get to the airport . . . the service offered is fast and efficient, and we have been consistently satisfied with their service.

The vehicles they use to transport us are VERY clean, as is the interior of the building. Complimentary coffee and water are also available, which is a nice amenity to offer customers.

The Valet service is EXCELLENT. It's wonderful to have you car heated up (or sometimes air conditioned) and running when you return to Park'n Fly.

For our most recent trip, we tried the Self-Park Option, which went smoothly, although I should really have added a bit more time on the front end to park my car and wait for the shuttle to pick us up and bring us to the airport. When we do Valet, the shuttle is right there, which alleviates any anxiety about waiting for the shuttle to arrive.

Rinh was our driver when we returned from our most recent trip to San Diego! He is a SUPER friendly guy, and greeted everyone with a cheery "Welcome Home" as they boarded the bus. Honestly.. he is excellent at his job and he appears to really enjoy it. It was nice of him to remind us that there was complimentary coffee and water available to us before our drive home....And wine! Did I mention the wine?! What a guy! (just kidding, of course). Truth is.... he really was helpful and efficient!

Easy process from booking online to dropping car off and picking up when return.

Everything went well on my last stay at Park N’ Fly in Oakland. I paid for two weeks in advance and the process using the bar code went perfectly. Was picked up promptly at both the yard and at the airport. Good job!
