The entry gate QR code reader was not working when I scanned my prepaid parking paper but the attendants were available to tell us to pull a ticket. The shuttle bus is always right there immediately when you park and then we quickly arrive at the airport. The ParknFlyPlus app works well to tell them you are ready to be picked up at the airport for the return trip. I've used this parking facility for years and when my dogs board at Pet Paradise it is extremely convenient to drop the dogs and enter the parking area 200 ft away.

Everything- everyone was polite and loaded our bags with care.

Overall, Park n' Fly has worked well for us over the years. Good thing I made a reservation as they were already full. We had a problem with pick up as it wasn't clear where to get picked up at the International Terminal as we left from the domestic terminal. We were at the other end of the pick up area and had to hustle back to the other end in order to catch the shuttle.

The facilities are very good. Staff is always helpful. Although this is not Park N Fly Plus' fault at ATL, but it is simply too far to walk to the new return pickup spot, so far away from the airport. I now park at the airport itself - since I would have to walk so far anyway.

The pickup and delivery. I must say the gentleman who picked us up at MSP on Monday evening was the professional and service oriented to the job. First I've ever had our bags wheeled to our vehicle and the asked us if there was anything thing else. Wow, service that was greatly appreciated. I tipped him generously as I have done with all drivers.

Was quite easy we used the valet service we dropped off my vehicle the people working there helped us unload our luggage and place it into the van and off we went very efficient. We came back use the text method that they sent us they picked us up within 10 minutes. When we arrived back to the parking right location of vehicles waiting for us. The most important thing there was no scratches and next are anything on my vehicle. I am very picky when it comes to my vehicle was very hesitant to leave and anywhere but very fantastic experience.
