Convenience to airport, Prompt pickup by the Shuttle both at my car and the airport. I consider that excellent service.

Park N Fly is securely fenced and staffed, so cars are a little safer. Security is a major concern these days, when people have luggage and backpacks stolen out of cars while they are stuck in traffic or waiting in line at In-N-Out or Panda Express.

Easy to use, employees were service oriented. Thanks especially to the ladies last night who found my phone. The lady on duty at checkout asked for my reservation number. It was on my phone but I didn't have it. She said no worries we called to find it and the bus driver hopped out of the shuttle bus and brought it to us. Sounds minor but it meant a lot to me.

Everything from dropping off my car to picking it up was very smooth. Excellent shuttle service as usual is what makes me continue to use their service. Thank you!

Ease of booking, like the rewards program, ease of getting in and out of lot

The staff is very helpful , but the phone system needs work. When I returned from my most recent trip, the phone rang and rang and was not answered. I called again for a pick up and spoke to someone who put me into the auto response system which kept repeating instructions but would not accept it when I punched numbers. A bus finally came so I got to the lot, but it was frustrating, especially after a long day of travel.

The process is completely easy! I reserved online, dropped off my car at the appointed time, and was driven directly to the airport.
When we arrived home at the airport, we called for pickup. We received an instant reply with info about where and what exit to meet with the shuttle. In 10 minutes we were picked up and brought to the lot - my car was warmed up and available instantly.
We've used park-n-fly before, and will continue to use their service!
