Very convenient and reliable!

Everything went smoothly, check in, check out. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the text info coming in as that assures me we will have a reserved parking spot, even on the most busy day of the year.

Nice to not have to worry about service when arriving and departing very early in the morning or in the middle of the night.

They pick you up from you parking spot and give you a card with the parking spot number so you the shuttle driver can take you directly to your parking spot. Upon returning home from a long trip you tend to forget where you park. That keeps the stress very low. Also, the staff are very professional and kind.

Really like convenience of it. Sometimes the waits are getting a bit long though, waiting for shuttle to pick up from the parking spot.

Generally quick pickup - but with this latest visit I unfortunately had the chance to try your parking assistance. I was parked in the surface lot and apparently left a dome light on in my car. Over nearly 3 days, my battery didn't have enough power to crank the motor. I caught the attention of a shuttle driver and he called his teammates for a jump. After a short wait, a shuttle pulls up with two of your folks, they hop out, connect the pack to my battery, and within moments I was up and running. They closed up my hood, wished me a good night and off they went.

Great service when the need was more than simply dropping me at my vehicle.

Your drivers that I had I can’t remember the name but there’s two of them when they went back they were very kind and they even help me with my flat tire and even gave me an address to the shop was close so I could get there in time. Thank you guys so much.

The shuttle driver and valet are so friendly and nice! I would've left a bag of Christmas presents on the shuttle if one of the valet attendants hadn't reminded me!
