Easy to book with friendly locals. But I do think they need to work on delivering the QR Code, because it doesn’t always send even though the email was correct, and it wasn’t in Spam. I had to call support.

We have always had positive experiences with your company. Every Thanksgiving week we use the Park & Fly services to travel out of Miami International. The communication and messaging is excellent and the driver's have always been friendly and helpful. Traveling is stressful and its nice to know that at least one part of the trip is stress free. Amazing drivers. Always courteous and upbeat. Buses always available, even when my flight is delayed and I come in early in the morning. All these reasons are why I left Park and Go after many years. Tired of waiting for buses with unhappy and unhelpful drivers. And added bonus is it’s nice to have covered parking. Keep up the good work and thank the fantastic drivers.
