I have parked at that location several times. I especially like the ability to prepay. It's so convenient scanning through QRC entering and leaving. I wish there was a way to use discounts such as AARP.

The drivers pick you up and drop you off at your car. Also, I recently returned early from a trip so I went to the ParkNFly app and there was a tab I was able to use to get a driver to pick me up sooner than my reservation requested. Very easy to use app and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

After arrival, I used my PNF app to let them know what terminal I was at and within a few mins the shuttle arrived. I was greeted by a driver that was friendly and welcoming. He helped me with my luggage and we were quickly off back to my truck. He thanked me for my service! My great experience didn’t stop there…then the at the gate to leave, I was greeted by another super friendly person. She checked me out, thanked me for my service and handed me a nice cold water bottle. She then wished me to have a great weekend!

Drivers are very nice and curtesy! I had been a client of Park n Ticket for 20+ years and finally had to say enough. Bus was never at pick up spot and always had to wait which is last thing you want to do after getting back from a trip. I wish I would’ve made the switch many years ago!
