Everything went great. The van smelled like smoke was the only thing I had to mark it not perfect. Thanks for your service. The attendants were kind and very informative. My vehicle appeared safe.

What do you like about our services?

Service has improved recently. Better pickup time at garage and at the airport. However, after getting picked up at garage, we spend ten minutes driving around looking for others to pick up so we have a full bus.

I like what Park N Fly does. I had a horrible experience with another parking service near IAH, and decided to try PNF. So far, we are very happy. Shuttles are fairly quick both ways and we have been greeted well. This time we wanted to upgrade our spot to a covered spot but was told there is no spot available. I learned my lesson to reserve the covered spot ahead of time and it appears the spot will be kept for us.

Located close to airport. Always a shuttle available to drive me to the airport once I park the car. Free car wash and bottled water upon exiting the lot is a bonus. I earn bonus free days over time for utilizing the service. Staff always kind and helpful.

Convenient location, frequent shuttles, pickup and drop-off right at my car! The shuttle bus is always clean and in good condition. The lot is secure. I have no worries about leaving my car with Park 'N Fly, as I avoid the hassle of airport parking.
