on my departing flight the driver was fantastic!!
When returing from my trip the driver from the airport to the parking lot was very unprofessional. he would not turn on the AC and it was over 90°F in the buss. most of the buss was older people and he would not help with loading there bags on or off the buss at all. he just sat in his seat. He also did not let anyone know where he was when dropping people off. It was dark out and it was hard to see what car he was stopped at. for the older couple who was on the buss had to walk half way down the aisle to find there car while carrying multiple heavy checked bags. I feel like his conduct was very unprofessional and not respectful for these older couples on the buss.
I have always had great service when parking here and i park here a lot. this was very disappointing to see.
