Shuttle service and friendly staff

Online reservations and payment was easy. We were able to drive right in and park. The shuttle van picked us up right away. On our way home, the van was just arriving at our pick up point. We didn't wait but 2 minutes. Fabulous service.

It is so much easier than parking on-site using the valet service and saving money compared to walking a mile from the on-site lot. The people are amazing and always helpful.

Our experience was a mixture of good and bad, but overall, everything ended well. It was about 2am in the morning when we arrived at the parking lot. At first, we had trouble trying to get into the lot because the cones were blocking the entrance. We drove around wondering if there was a different entrance. Then, we called and the attendance said he would be waiting for us at the entrance to let us in. We returned to the entrance and sure enough, he was there. We parked and the shuttle promptly took us to the airport. On our return, 17 days later, we called and an automated response instructed us to wait at a specific area and informed us that a shuttle was on it's way to pick us up. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there were about 15 people waiting for the same shuttle ahead of us, and about 15 more after us. When the shuttle came, they fit in as many people as they could accommodate, which was not that many. I asked the driver about the situation and he said that another shuttle will be on its way. Being that this was my first time using this service coupled with trust issues, I was nervous about not getting a ride back to my car. Additionally, it was about 10pm, so we were all exhausted and just wanted to get home. I called several times and kept on getting the automated response that a shuttle was on its way. My concern was that the "shuttle that was on its way had already come and gone," how do I know that another shuttle is on its way, when I am listening to a machine and not speaking to an actual person. Even though the driver had reassured that another shuttle will come, I was still skeptical. Fortunately, another shuttle did arrive and we were able to fit in, but the people after us had to wait for the next one. We were dropped off at the aisle where our car was parked, which was nice so we didn't have to walk too far. Unfortunately, when my husband pushed the remote button to unlock the car, nothing worked. Our car was dead. He manually unlock the car with the key, climbed to the trunk to get a jumper cable, and attempted to jump the car. Nothing worked. This is where I have to commend Park'n Fly for their customer service. My husband went to find the attendant, he brought a big boxlike unit out (I don't know what it's called), connected it to our car, and had my husband turn on the ignition. It worked and our car was up and running! Thank goodness! Overall, our issues were not that bad, looking back. I would definitely use Park'n Fly again. I am so grateful to the attendant who was kind enough to jump our car. Thank you!
