So convenient and easy to use. With the cost of getting to and from the airport using Uber/Lyfts it’s worth the it.
Convenient location, and drivers prompt with pick up for trip to airport. Frequent vans for return to car from airport. Wish the pickup and drop off location at the airport was where hotel shuttles stop. You have to plan more time to get to departure area from that location.
The bus drivers were super attentive and took me right to my car and even loaded my luggage. The bus was not crowded and the commute was quick and simple. I would highly recommend.

The shuttle bus is very efficient. There is always a bus to pick us up right after parking and usually walk right on a bus to take us back.

When we arrived at the lot, the self parking lot was full and reservation only. Because we had a reservation we were parked in the valet parking lot. The attendants and shuttle bus driver were courteous and professional. On the return trip, we checked in with the app and noted our terminal and bus stop number and a shuttle bus arrived within 5 minutes. We were ready and waiting at the curb but the driver drove by without stopping even though the bus was empty. We had to wait another 30 minutes for the next shuttle to arrive. Our car was waiting when we arrived at the lot.
