For self parking, there wasn’t clear signs and I had to find a person to help me. Probably direct them to the office when coming in, or something of that nature.

I like the consistency and the reliability. I like knowing where to park and the shuttle is always waiting for me at my parking space and the airport when I return. The staff are consistently helpful and friendly. I recommend PNF to everyone.

It was easy to book online, Cole was great when he picked us up at our car and dropped us off at the airport. There was some technical difficulties entering the park n fly because the gate was broke but when we left the cashier lady was absolutely great at making sure we didn’t get over charged for having to come in the ramp to get to the open lot.

I love how as soon as I’m parking my car that the shuttle is right there waiting. Respectful, polite, personable staff. Easy to navigate, how quickly I get to the airport. Way easier and cheaper than parking at the airport.

The attendant at the gate was patient with us, when we were scanning the QR code at the gate. The drivers of the shuttle going to and coming from terminal 1 was polite and considerate. The online registration reservation was easy, and I really appreciate the 50% discount because even the uncover lot parking is expensive for us, however you are providing a necessary service. Thank you.

I love the valet service - especially the change that you go directly to the airport after picking the valet person up. I have been using the valet service for years, but this is a really great enhancement.
