And for the hundredth time, the best part of my (actually 'our' this time) traveling portion of the travels, this time a vacation, was the Park-N-Fly portion. An absolutely miserable day connecting through horrible Charlotte, delays in Customs, the incredibly inappropriate TSA agents, and the usual 'customer unfriendly' airline staff, the whole trip ends on a great note, thanks entirely to the PNF shuttle driver, and the kind lady in the exit booth. The shuttle driver, and unfortunately there was no name tag in the shuttle this time, but he was a large strong guy, says he's planning to dress up as Santa for the Christmas Day shuttle travelers, anyhow, he was so friendly, cheerful, helpful (insisted on and did carry the heavy bags), for everyone, he brightened up everyone's evening, he made a notable positive difference, so so so rare these days, so hugely appreciated, well, at least by me and my wife. Thank you PNF, you did it, AGAIN!!

We arrived in lot at 4:10 am party of 5. Driver was there before we got luggage totally out of cars. He stopped and got 1 more pary then we on the way to the airport. Driver was polite and helpful. On the return trip. We got the luggage and went to pickup spot I called and gave location the driver was there in about 10 minutes or less he was polite and very helpful. We filled the bus at that spot back to Park N Fly. Total experience was GREAT.

Location, the price, prompt pick up and retrieval

Your signage needs improvement. I arrived in darkness with the intent to park in self-park. The entrance marked “self park” was blocked by a cone. I had to get out of my car and walk to a person. “What should I do?” Took time to receive instructions about how to enter and where to park. That’s ridiculous. When I returned, cones blocked my exit. I had to flag down a person and ask for instructions. This needs fixing
