What do you like about our services?

Usually very good. this is the first time the driver NEVER got out of his seat to rearrange or help carry on or off a suitcase. Worst driver ever! Wish I could give you a name. About midnight on June 29.

Found the drivers to be very accommmodating and very nice. For reasons not worth explaining, I had to book two parking spots and then try to cancel. Only needed one. When I returned from our trip General manager "Dave" was very helpful in canceling the unused reservation. Thanks, I'll be recommending Park n fly to others that need parking on a trip.

The female employee at the gate when I arrived at 4:30 a.m. was very helpful, friendly, and kind. The shuttles are frequent and the drivers always helpful with luggage.

The lot was easy to get to, the drivers and staff were friendly, and overall it was just so easy to use this lot when we flew out of Midway. Reserving ahead of time on line was also simple and helpful.
