Prompt and courteous service. I would like to suggest that the drivers accept Venmo or a digital money for tips - we never have cash anymore and forget 🙁

The driver was very friendly and helpful with our luggage. We didn't have to wait but a few minutes for pickup. Great service! The car wash was a great added touch!

Park 'N Fly Cleveland is convenient and easy to use. It is less expensive and less walking than parking onsite due to the shuttle taking us directly to our car. The friendly staff served to make it an overall great experience.

.Was very easy to get there,close to the airport also no hassle looking for your car,after shuttle picks you up take you right back to your car.
I especially like right after i arrived at the parking the shuttle come to pick me up and gave me a car,so i could give to the driver in my way back from the airport.
Also had a free car wash)even though was not good! But its ok.

1st time using Park 'N Fly. Almost no effort on my part in giving and receiving my car. I recommend reading the directions and posted messages on the shuttle before your destination so you know what to do when you return. My car was ready for me despite not following directions, probably because of my late arrival. Great experience 👍🏽.
