It was a really good experience. I usually part at the airport but this is way better and way cheaper. I saved a lot of money especially when I have to park the car for more than 2 weeks. This is the first time I've used an offsite parking and don't know if I'll ever go back to anything else.

Your employees are kind and efficient. However, I would like you all to service the international terminal again, please! That transfer process was annoying and will probably make me change my parking choice next time I have to fly internationally.

I had planned to park at the airport but all the lots were full. We found this place online while in the car and booked it. Very simple and a good price. Shuttle was reliable.

Service and price were great. I love that the shuttle picks you up and drips you off at your car. The free car wash was a nice added touch. Much easier than parking in the airport lot.

You have prompt service to the airport and I only have to wait a few minutes to be picked up when I return to the airport. Your drivers have always been very courteous. On my recent trip I was the only rider on the bus and I had a great conversation with my driver. I can't remember his name (Kinh?) but he told me he was the only Asian driver. Very personable and helpful!

24 hour. Plus shuttle. The price was amazing and service was great. Everyone was friendly and professional.

The first attendant was not so friendly. Don’t recall she had responded when I say “Good morning “. As I did not see anybody when I arrived and another car drove past me I thought I’d had to park the car myself. So I moved the car forward slowly looking for the attendant. She came to me and told me to drive backwards where the stop sign was. I tried to explain that I did not see anybody and thought I had to park the car myself and she seemed to had gotten annoyed. The driver was super nice to and from the airport. It took longer than 15 minutes to leave to the airport. Probably bc I was the first person to arrive and they waited for more passengers to fill the bus.
