The app is great to schedule my reservations. I like the buffer time on the end of the reservations. The shuttle drivers are always great and I like that they pick me up and drop me off at my car. I like the points rewards for free days too.

The service has improved in the past year. Last year the pick up times weren’t often enough especially for late flights but this year seems much better. There are more buses and they come more frequent. I also like the discounted uncovered option which helps for longer stays.

Quick and efficient. I self parked in the back row in section R and was first on the shuttle-meaning the driver picked up 4 other parties from parking lot prior to departing. We still arrived at our terminal in under 30 minutes from the time we parked at Park N Fly. The driver was polite and helpful.
On our return flight we were picked up at our terminal in under 5 minutes.
All employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was excellent.
