Quick shuttle to and from the airport!

What you can do to improve your service is to update the language used to describe where to go in the Atlanta airport to meet the PNF shuttle from the baggage claim. I exited the North Terminal baggage claim at a door that is labeled LN1, thinking I was in the correct location. I discovered after waiting 30 minutes, and after 3 pages to your service in the App and calling your late night telephone (and after calling a Lyft), that I was in the wrong location.
My mistake was I should have gone down one level from LN1 to the "Rideshare" area. The sign at the down escalator in this area is labeled "Rideshare". I discovered this after calling a Lyft and asking someone where to go to meet an Uber or Lyft.
After more carefully reviewing the language you have now in your App, you do say to go to the North Terminal lower level, but the confusing part is LN1. I'm positive that the doors to the outside by the baggage claim carousel by the far wall (I believe that's #8) is labeled LN1.

Efficient process. Once you get inside, you are directed where you can park. Then pick up is there right away to take you to the airport.
The reason why I am not giving a 10 rating is for one thing on this last trip coming back to Houston. The shuttle pick up driver from the airport to parking lot was not friendly and came off rude and unhelpful. No good morning or how are you.. nor was willing to help carry my suitcase for me but seem to be worried if suitcase was heavy. He had to ask.."Is it heavy?" Before he grabbed to help which was really strange. He was the only shuttle driver I noticed that acted that way (like he hated his job).
Other than that, overall has been a great experience!
