It's usually the least expensive and the shuttles to the airport are pretty good. Returning from the airport can be a bit more of a challenge... doesn't seem to be enough vans to pick people up.

What do you like about our services?

I like the drive-up service at Miami airport and the entire experience. Although you have to potentially wait for the shuttle to come and pick you up when you arrive back after a trip, but the shuttle is always there to transport you to the airport on your outbound flight so you don't have to worry about being late.

Extremely easy to make a reservation. Shuttle drivers go above and beyond and the gate operator was very nice (also gave us bottle water :) ).

I liked the ability to pay online. Easy checkout! Our driver on our return trip was so nice. The driver on the way there was a little rude to customers who walked away without tipping. He shouted “thanks alot” as they walked away. Maybe they didn’t realize they should. It might be good to have some sign or indication on the bus tipping is encouraged

I like the service in general. Just a few comments: 1. It took a bit to be picked up after parking. Sometimes, a shuttle passed by but did not pick us up. Once we were in the shuttle, the shuttle circled a few times in the whole parking lot before heading to the airport. It makes the total time from parking to the airport longer.
2. when we came back from the airport to the parking lot, the driver took our parking location paper card and did that in a reversed order (the last one got onto the shuttle got off first). It could be done a bit more efficiently by checking the locations of all the cards and drop off people as the shuttle pass each locations, rather than following the order of the cards and drove back and forth multiple times.

What do you like about our services?

Friendly shuttle drivers that don’t make you feel bad. They are helpful. Nice taking the worry out about parking. When I returned to MSP they did a great job of telling me where I needed to be with my children to be picked up.
