The convenience, first of all. We no sooner got out of our car and one of your driver was right there, ready to help us put our luggage in the van. Comfortable ride to the airport. Once we returned, we simply texted you and another courteous driver arrived to take us directly back to our car - and all for a fair price.

We always use Park & Fly. It is convenient, the shuttle service is great, and the price is reasonable. We frequently seem to have problems with the checking out process using the app when we pick up our car, but the customer service folks onsite are so friendly and helpful! Thank you to all the great employees you have.

Courtesy! Helped us 80 year old's with luggage; in and out of the car.
Quick to pick up after flight. Not really sure ho to enter or exit, but someone was there to quickly help. Next time I will be ok because they showed me how to enter and leave with the "bar code".
