We had a great experience! The service was spot on.
Wednesday the drop off was smooth and quick, shuttled straight to Southwest drop off area.
Today, we landed and went to the Park ‘N Fly Plus app and clicked on “come get me”…3:42pm…went to the loading area, they loaded our luggage, shuttled us to their location, unloaded our luggage and put in the car (the car was pulled up and trunk open when we arrived), and we headed home at 3:51pm. We chose the Valet, covered option ….Wow! We will definitely use them again!

Prompt pick up, both outbound and inbound, app was easy to use, shuttle was comfortable and clean, the drivers were very helpful and friendly.

Convenience, kind of wish the price was more economical. The ride sharing was kind of a long process as well. It would be better if they dropped you.off as soon as you are collected.

Our driver Tayna was just the best! She was personable, kind and greeted us with a friendly smile. She was willing to help with our bags on and off the bus. To our luck she was our driver when we returned from our trip. Again, greeted with the same warm smile and her willingness to help with bags. You, Park and Fly are lucky to have her! We took advantage of the car wash also. We will only use Park and Fly!!!

I have always had a great experience but yesterday was above and beyond. I returned to my truck after arriving at dfw and it wouldn’t start. It was well over 100 degrees outside and it was just me and my 2 children. I of course panicked and called my husband frantically wondering what I was going to do. Before I knew it one of your amazing employees ( I wish I knew his name) drove up and said he saw us from the office building and wondered if everything was ok. I was in tears as I told him what was going on and he said no problem, I can help you. He was so nice, brought us water and then jumped my truck so I could get home. Thank goodness for This nice young man, he really helped me and I’m forever grateful. Thank you again
