I have used your service on numerous occasions. Yesterday I arrived at the international terminal and was informed that I had to transfer to the L1 level of the domestic terminal for pickup. After 10 1/2 hours on a plane this was not the news my wife and I wanted. With the current construction there was a long wait and ride. I will say that once I got to the L1 pickup area service was fine.

We parked covered, valet. I texted when we left baggage claim and they had our car waiting with the trunk open when we pulled up. Enjoyed and appreciated that!
