When I arrived the worker was so helpful and she walked me through what I needed to do. The driver was awesome he got my luggage and placed it on the bus. But once I returned I was not sure how to get out . The worker at first was not to helpful but then after a few minutes she did get up to come help me get out the gate

Reliable shuttle this time around

Like having a person at the gate when we check out. Checking out by scanning something doesn’t always work with us.

Great to be dropped off at the airport and picked up upon return! Certainly simplifies air travel.

It is great having the driver right there when you arrive and help with loading up your stuff. I usual have a lot of stuff. Then the drop off is terrific because they take you right to your car and again help unload. I have used this service many times and always have been impressed.

Also, the wait at the terminal for the shuttle is minimal!

The shuttle picked me up at my car as soon as I parked…the drive was very polite and professional…when I arrived back at 1:45 am…after calling the phone number s shuttle was dispatched to me immediately…I was safe in my car within minutes….excellent service every time I use Park n Fly

Affordable and great customer service

Pick up and drop off straight to and from my car without waiting. Was the quickest I’ve ever experienced.

The speed in which I can enter the valet entrance and be on a shuttle to the airport impresses me. The courtesy of the employees matches their efficiency of service. The prepaid exiting gets back on the road to home effortlessly.

I love the polite drivers -

Always easy and efficient! Some of the drivers are a little heavy on the brakes when driving to and from the airport on the shuttle but other than that, very happy with service.

Inside not a problem getting to and from. Wish you provided pickup for longer hours. Cost me 13 dollars for a cab because it was after 13

The online ease of use!!!

Not all the exit gates work when trying to check out. 3 lanes in the parking garage indicated that they were open, however, only the "cashier" lane machine was able to process the QR code on my reservation.

The QR pre-reservation system is nice when it works, however, having to back out of an exit lane after a day of travel is pretty annoying. If the machines in lanes do not accept the QR codes, they should be closed.
