I want to tell you about one of your drivers, a Ms Olene Rackard. On June 25, 2022, i was returning from vacation. After Olene dropped me and my daughter off at my car and left, I discovered that I had lost my car key fob. It was hot! I called Honda Roadside Assistance and someone was sent to help us - in about 90 minutes! After some time Olene noticed that we were still standing there and came by to see what was wrong. She immediately went and brought us some cold water and invited us to sit in the airconditioned bus while we waited for help. Long story short - the "help" could not help us. We were stranded and I was sort of frantic not knowing what we could do. Then, Ms Olene Rackard said she would drive us home to get the spare key, and would drive us back to get the car! She did not say she would do it for a fee, she just said she wanted to help because she would want someone to help her mother if she was stranded. I am an 84 year old white woman, Olene is black. This didn't matter to Olene and in deed it shouldn't, but in today's racially charged atmosphere I think it proves that not everyone views life through racial lenses. That good people are just good people, period.

I NEVER HAVE TO WAIT ON THE SHUTTLE WHETHER I AM GOING OUT OR COMING IN. PARKING LOT IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND I FEEL LIKE MY CAR IS SAFE.

The whole process was easy. The only drawback was how long it took for someone to pickus up upon our return to DFW. Otherwise, it was just fine.
The wait time is short. They take you directly to and from your car. It’s closest to the airport. Friendly drivers and staff.
