I was surprised as to just exactly how convenient it was to park my car and literally take a whole shuttle to the airport. Initially I was worried about the whole parking situation but whoever's idea this was is incredible. I do travel frequently, and this is effortless and amazing. Definitely coming back for my next business trip no cap.

Nice to be able to park close to airport and get a shuttle. It was a longer wait to get back to the parking lot that I was hoping.

It took too much time (22 minutes) after we texted our arrival at a DFW airpot for a Park n Fly van to come a retrieve us.

We were very happy with the customer service we received. Both drivers to and from the airport were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle was waiting for us to bring us to the airport and when we came home were surprised to find it waiting for us then as well. When we fly out of Midway again I will not hesitate to use Park N Fly.

I like the convenience of leaving your car in the lot and being dropped off at the airport on the shuttle. The majority of the time the shuttle arrives quickly. The drivers are also very courteous and helpful.
