Everything went very well on my last reservation. However I had a last minute flight earlier this month and did not have time to make a reservation in advance. Went to the lot and it was closed to all parking except advanced reservations.
Perhaps you could email out notice when Oakland is on reservation only status?

Both the pickup inside the parking lot as well as from the airport are fast and efficient. The workers are friendly and helpful. I like that you can reserve online in advance. I like that the lot is completely fenced.

After I got to the airport this week I realized I forgot my laptop bag in my car. When I called, I was immediatley helped by the kind person who answered the phone. The staff worked quickly to get my bag to me. I was able to make my flight on time with everything I needed for my presentation. I wish I knew all of their names. Thank you so much.
