I have been able to write really good reviews on this location lately, I appreciate being able to do that. I still give the place a 10, but I am concerned with my most recent experience. As usual, I reserved my space online. When I exited the lot, I scanned my entry ticket and then my reservation QR code. The screen showed a balance due of more than $20. I know my flight was delayed about 1.5 hours in the way back, so I’m sure I was a couple hours past the reservation time, however I can’t see over $20 and frankly, with delayed flights it seems the lots would also have a built in tolerance, there is no way to know in advance if a flight will be delayed.

We use Park N Fly every time we fly out of Atlanta now. The service is fast, friendly, and professional. They get you to the airport quickly and are there in minutes to pick you up. The lot is easy to locate, and is close to the interstate. I highly recommend their service.

All the Drivers I have had so far are pleasant and helpful. Location is close to the south terminal as I nearly always fly Delta

Very easy to find and accessible from the the interstate. Shuttle drivers very quick to come for pick up. And shuttle driver was already available upon arrival at the airport in the ground transportation pick up area

Our flight was cancelled after we left the house and had arrived at the airport. Out delay was 12 hours. Helena was kind enough to allow us to leave and return prior to our flight. We were prepaid and this was very accommodating. Great customer service!
