Everything. Able to make a reservation on line. As soon as we arrive and park, a shuttle is there immediately. Same thing happens when we return from our trip. We land, get our luggage, go to designated pick up area and the shuttle is there to take us to our care. Extremely efficient service.

It is very easy. We did the valet and it is covered garage. We did not have to walk with our luggage. The men were very helpful loading our luggage off and on the buses.

All good except when being picked up the driver was asking for a slip, i had everything on my phone, so i thought, apparently there was still a piece of paper needed. He called in and all worked out. I would think, for those who want paper, OK however most now would prefer just the digital.

Great customer service from drivers and office personnel. Office guy gave me cold water upon leaving. It was so nice, very refreshing.
