I arrived on 08/07/22 in them morning and I always park my car inside for covering. This morning I had an african american driver and what got my attn and it was not an issue but I hand lifted my suit case onto the bus but when we arrived OAK I picked up my suit case to off board the driver has an attitude as if I'm suppose to give him a tip. My point if a tip was expected the driver should of grabbed my suit case when I was picked up from inside parking and that would of let me know when we get to OAK he was going to take my suit case off the shuttle bus. I am use to loading and unloading my own suit case for this type of attitude. Unsure what the company policy is but maybe explain to the drivers do not lift or assist just drive or if you are be consistent if a tip is that important to the driver. I do not have an issue tipping but I won't deal with a bad attitude. i understand its hard finding class B drivers with passenger endorsement but maybe a reminder about customer service again I am very much capable of handling my suit case but if my daughter or girl friend was with me I would of made a couple of trips off loading my their luggage due to his attitude.

Great parking option. Like that when you park the shuttle is there soon after to take you to the airport. Rates are better than parking at the airport.
