Fast and convenient
I like the convenience of oarking & they are almost behind you when you get out of the car to pick you up.
Due to COVID, I know they maybe short staffed, so I always call to let them know what floor, parking space I am at.
When being picked up at airport, I also call to tell them I'm ready to be picked, always state which airport as in Minneapolis we have 2, so they want to know which airport to go too.

Once parked, the bus is always almost immediately at the vehicle, ready to bus us to the terminal!
