First time user. You can pay in advance. You can notify PNR+ from the app that you are ready to be picked up when you arrive at "Ground Transportation" area set aside for PNR and PNR+, different locations. This time a bus was there in less than 10 minutes after 1:00am on Monday. There was a little delay picking us up for our outbound flight but it was around 5:00am on a Sunday and there was limited drivers but we planned for something like this and still made our flight with an hour to spare so all was good. Drivers a very courteous and since my wife and I are seniors, they helped us with our luggage. Buses in very good condition and best of all we can't be much more than a couple miles to ATL. Very impressed.
