Convenient location, competitive rates (my employer is part of your corporate advantage program), courteous drivers. I just wish you would again begin providing shuttle service from the lot to the international terminal. It's a hassle to have to get the airport shuttle from the domestic terminal to the international terminal -- big crowds of passengers and no one helps you haul your luggage on and off the shuttle. Please consider restoring this service for your customers.

People are friendly and the wait time for shuttles from lot to air port is usually not long at all. Pick up from air port to parking lot is a little slower but still acceptable timing, Cashiers always knowledgeable and friendly

My drivers were very friendly and helpful. Quick pick up/drop off. Never had to wait, they are always ready. They give you your parking info on paper so you don't have to remember it!! Cheapest parking in Cleveland

When we got to the entrance there was a very nice lady to assist us. Vicki picked us up and took us to the airport. She was super nice. Ann picked us up at the airport and was also great.

I like the service provided. I’m guessing I missed a bus going by as I waited outside for 20 minutes from the time I contacted them on the app to be picked up.

I love Park and Ride services but two things happened to us that need to be changed for the better. We checked in with our bar code printed receipt and did not get a ticket to provide bus driver upon return Second thing we returned and got on the Park n Ride bus which was printed on my confirmation and after the bus driver got to the parking lot he said we were on the wrong bus we needed Park n Ride Plus only it goes to the Covered Parking and he had to take us back So I highly suggest that printed receipt shows Park n Ride Plus when ordering online and paying upfront

I didn't know the time had changed so I showed up at 4:00am. I don't remember the young man's name and I feel so bad about that. He was so gracious and helpful. I started to panic and I called the 800 number and he answered and told me to come in. He help me so much, he took my bag and got me to the airport. He was so kind and I want to ensure you know how helpful he was. Last night when I got back and called for my ride there was a shuttle there within 7 minutes or so. That driver was amazing. Your customer service has been really good. Love doing business with this lot.
