The service is always very prompt. There is little or no waiting for both airport arrival and departure shuttle services. Drivers are friendly and helpful with luggage. Gate attendant, Carmine, was also very friendly and professional.

Quick and easy. The app is wonderful. This absolutely simplifies drop off and return. Zero waiting for my car when using valet. Love it.

The come and get mefeature is also really cool, although most of the time the shuttle is already waiting.
