I liked the fact that your driver came right to our car upon arrival to pick us up. The wait time upon our return home was also not very long.
One thing that did confuse me a bit was that I made a reservation and paid in advance so I did not expect there to be any additional cost. Upon our checkout, I did have a small balance due. I later figured out I did not have the dates on my reservation correct. I reserved to start on 3/10/24 but needed it to be 3/9/24. Luckily, despite the lot being full I was able to commence my stay on 3/9/24. I appreciate the flexibility on your end.

The shuttle service from your car to the airport and vice verse. I also like the choice between indoor and outdoor parking. The most of all I like the self parking.
