The shuttles are always around so the wait time for getting on a shuttle to the airport or from the airport is never very long. The drivers are always so nice, helping with bags etc. even if it's 4am.

I have used park n fly many times over the years and been very pleased. This year I booked it, but had to change to airport parking due to time constraints. I knew I couldn’t get my money back, but tried to cancel out of being polite and it wouldn’t let me.

The drivers are really helpful with our luggage, they stepped right in to take the luggage from us and load it. When we came back at 1:00 am and snowing they were just as friendly and cheerful at that hour as they were at 5:00 pm.
