Excellent customer service, efficient and reliable.

Everyone is always very nice and efficient. They get us parked quickly and off to the airport. On the way home the shuttle is responsive and gets us back to our car for the journey home. The process is very non-stressful.

Everything about parking at Park 'N Fly near the Oakland Airport is great. As you drive up, they meet you as you check in and tell you where to park your car. The shuttle meets you at your car, loads your luggage, and takes you to the airport. When you arrive back to the airport, the shuttle is there to pick you up very quickly. You are taken back to your car, the driver puts your luggage in your car, and your exit quickly. Extremely easy and a much cheaper price than the airport parking. Definitely a great place to park!

Always gets me to and from the airport quickly. Very convenient to just scan in and out.

Service is always great except pick up take awhile and by the time the bus gets there, there isn’t enough room for everyone waiting and everyone is rushing to get on the bus.

Business is run very smoothly. There is no waiting on arrival to the service nor when the car is picked up. Staff is very polite.

Easy to make reservations and quick service to the airport. Only problem was that the gate leaving the outside lot was broken when we exited, so caused a delay.

Good service to & from the airport. Courteous, helpful staff. Big improvement over the prior owner's.

Takes the hassle out of parking for airport. Shuttle driver picked us up right by our car and dropped us back (on return) right by our car. We had a little problem with the scanner when we parked so the shuttle driver directed us to the exit with a person who could make sure we got out fine.
