Ease of use

We arrived and entered the QR code at Park and Ride. It was March 23, 2024, and the lot was sold out except to riders who already had reservations. We had our reservation, the bar opened and let us in the lot. The driver of a bus informed us where an open place to park was. After we parked, he came and got us and off to Delta we went. Excellent!!
After we arrived on March 30, we found the lot where Park and Fly let us off. The shuttle was there. We gave him the paper with our car location, the shuttle took us to our car. It was perfect!

Great pick up early in the morning and returning late at night.

After getting to the parking lot at midnight we found out our battery was dead.

PNF went out of their way to help us out and jump start the car.

I could not be more pleased!

Eventually we found someone to point us where to park _ lot was so full because of recent snowstorm. We were then told where to stand to wait for pick up. Felt safe and wait was not too long. Personable drivers both to and from airport.

This last visit things went really well. When I arrived at the lot, I was told right away by the driver where to park. It was hard to find a spot, but it was nice to be picked up right away when parking. Same on the return, there was a shuttle waiting, and we were returned to our vehicle quickly which was nice after a long travel day.
