Easy access to lot from the interstate. Quick pick ups at our vehicle, and at the airport when returning.

Quick pick up on the way to the airport. Like the covered parking option and the security. Just wish we had quicker pickup after the flight. We saw 3 park and go shuttles come and go before we saw any park and fly. There were 20 people all waiting for a park and fly shuttle.

Reasonably priced and very convenient.

I love all the conveniences, pink up a car, load and unload luggage, friendly drivers. What I don't like is standing outside airport, in the cold wind and sleeting, waiting for the return back to our vehicle. It took at least a half hour or more. I was disappointed, as this is the second time it's happened. I wrote off as being busy the first, now not so much.

I must admit I was a little concerned when I made my reservation as Park n Fly and it is now the Parking Spot. However, everything worked smoothly and your automated gate entry worked great with my QR code on my phone.

Unfortunately for us, our flight home was delayed 4 hours, but your system worked great.

Efficiency

After being dropped off at the airport we realized we forgot my son's carseat in the car. Our driver came back and picked me up, brought me to my car, and back to the airport in less than 12 minutes! I so appreciated his willingness to help.

It's so easy. Go on line and answer some questions about car, flight times of departure and arrival, where you want to park. Under cover or open lot. Pay and done. When you get to the Park 'N Fly grab your ticket talk to the attendant go park and then the shuttle picks you and other travelers up. Same on the return. Easy peasy.
