The web site makes it easy to make reservations. The shuttle is prompt and drivers are pleasant and helpful.

The shuttle was there right away and off to the airport we went. When we flew back in and called for the shuttle it was there quickly. We had excellent service.

What do you like about our services?

What worked: VIP Covered Service: Car was ready and attendant showed Professional courteous service. Shuttle bus was quick for pickup from terminal and driver was professional.

What didn't work: I prepaid for service, yet I was told to go inside, and that attendant strongly insisted I give him my credit card to put on file or I'd need to so when I get back, this delay caused me to miss first shuttle to terminal, and represented a different process than the one in place (drop car/show prepaid receipt and go to shuttle) before new ownership.

Our driver was very helpful with our bags. Every time I use Park N Fly, the drivers are all very professional and are eager to please. I've never had a problem at Park N Fly.

Conveniently located near the airport. The shuttle service is excellent - it picks us up few minutes after parking our car.
