Someone was at the gate when we arrived very early and greeted us. They knew what row had open spots and had a bus follow us to that spot to pick us up. Driver was very friendly and loaded our luggage. I would recommend Park 'N Fly highly.

Overall it was an easy system to follow and very convenient. I purchased my parking pass online. I then loaded the app on my phone. The app had a lot of convenient options on it, such as an option to press that would let a driver know to pick you up and where. We received text messages that made following the process so easy. The QR code to get in and out of the gate was a nice feature. On arrival it was raining and we were not having any luck finding a parking space. One of the Park N' Fly Plus (PNFP) staff members stopped us and told us where to find a space and it happened to be under a shelter. We really appreciated his help since this was our first time using PNFP and the rainy weather conditions on arrival. The shuttle rides to and from the airport went so smoothly and the drivers were very nice. We will definitely use PNFP again in our future travel.

Prompt Service
Reserving a parking spot was fairly easy online. Upon arrival at Park N Fly, the shuttle to the airport was ready to go. Finding my parking spot was easy. The shuttle driver drove to our car, put our luggage on the shuttle, and drove us to the airport departure entrance. Once there, he took our luggage off the shuttle.
The shuttle from the airport to my Park N Fly parking lot was there when we got to the shuttle stop at the airport. The shuttle pick up area was close to baggage claim. When reaching the Park N Fly parking lot, the shuttle driver took us directly to our car and unloaded our luggage there. What a blessing. I'll use Park N Fly again.
Easy to use, 24 hour shuttle service, friendly drivers
The uncovered valet parking is great. I drive under the carport, my luggage is unloaded from my car and put in the shuttle. I don't have to worry about misplacing my keys during the trip. When I get back, the car is up front and warming/cooling down for me. Add on the AAA discount and it's a very good deal.
