What I like about Park ride fly is that they’re very consistent in their service. Their drivers are reliable and what I’ve come to expect actually really happens and so I appreciate that. Also very convenient for Midway Airport.

It's great having someone greet me at the entrance and tell me where I need to park to be picked up. That way I don't have to wonder if anyone knows I'm on the lot. The shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful and I don't have to worry if I have a late night arrival.

Everything was great, except I cannot get a receipt that has the amount charged on it - it makes it very difficult when traveling on business not to have an itemized receipt with the total charged - I need it for my business manager - could someone kindly email me the receipt with the total charged.

I like the fact that you are convenient to get to. I have used your services several times and have always appreciated the timeliness of your drop-off & pick-up promptness. We’ve had to wait at times, but never an excessive amount of time. Drivers have always been polite & attentive to help & the people who work the booths have always been friendly & very helpful. I would recommend your site to anyone who needs the service you all so wonderfully provide!!

We like that the bus comes around to pick us up, we LOVE that we get a ticket with our parking spot written on it. The bus is clean and the driver is friendly and efficient. The parking lot is not muddy!!! I love the check in and check out system, I like that I can change my reservation on line AND that we have not had to wait long for the bus to pick us up at the airport. We recently switched from Expresso Parking to Park 'N Fly Oakland and so we are very happy with our change of venue!

I was impressed how they gave me a ticket with the row and number where my car was parked. The driver was very helpful with my suitcase. On the way back he collected our tickets and dropped us up to our car. Never had this service at other parking lots. Also the parking lot was clean and organized. I stayed in Orlando an extra day it is was easy paying for that day I owed. The man in the booth also had excellent customer service. Thank both men as they are an example of great customer service.
