Great Parking @ a reasonable fee!
Just got back from Florida to -15 degree temps & the shuttle was waiting when we walked out of the airport. They dropped us right next to our car & then we had to get used to being back in Chicago LOL.

I hardly ever have to wait for a shuttle. It come pretty quick after I park, so I’m never worried about missing my flight. And there is ALEAYS a shuttle waiting to take me back to my car when I land! I can’t remember the last time I had to wait for a ride from the terminal to the lot!

I also like how easy the app is to use and that I can earn free days as part of the frequent Parker program.

I would like it if the app had a feature where I could capture my parking space in case I lose the slip of paper from the driver.

Awesome Service and is very close to the airport. This worked out perfectly for us, we just had to wait an extra 15 mins for the bus to pick us up but no big deal.
