Convenient location and service was excellent. We pulled in to the facility, handed the keys to a valet attendant, and they loaded our bags onto the shuttle. Definitely a huge help when having two kids with you to attend to at the same time.

Friendly driver.

I will always use Park 'N Fly! I have never had an issue with check in or check out. The shuttle is always right at my car waiting on me to get in. The drivers are helpful with luggage and drive safely. The location is close to the airport. Easy in, easy out. There is little to no wait time after texting for a shuttle pick up at the airport.

This was our second time using Park n Fly
and it’s so nice to pull up and take the bus they drop u off and when u come back u call them give them the ticket number and with in 20 minutes there outside and ur car is sitting there ready to go.

Everything involved with my scheduled parking was quick and convenient. No wait at the Air Terminal and appreciated the online availability of my parking access. Will definitely use again.

Convenient and good price. However, it would be nice if there was a way for you all to indicate that you are on your way to pick me up at my vehicle - especially in this cold weather (MSP). I was not sure if you could see me in my vehicle, so I waited outside.

The only issue I had was when I was exiting the lot was I wasn’t able to complete my reservation transaction due to a processing error on your check out device
It was frustrating as my reservation was pre paid and the prompts were asking me to repay then a processing error came up and the screen remained locked on that
Cars had to back up and go to another lane and I did as well
Finally a representative was at the gate and manually processed my reservation

I came back from Houston on 01/13 at 11:20PM. It was below zero, windy and very icy. Two shuttles were waiting for us. Last time I had come in, we had to wait 40 minutes to catch a shuttle to the lot. I wrote a review and was called in regard to the wait. They said it would be fixed and it was! Great staff and management! Thank You!

Very friendly and efficient

I like the availability of the shuttles both parking and when I arrive back at the airport. I recently switched from using another parking service and have been happy with PNF+.
I’ve been using the coupon books purchased at Costco, but I was recently informed Costco may not carry those any longer. If that’s the case, I may not use PNF, but rather may switch to ride share for any trips longer than a couple of days. I hope that’s not correct

The bus immediately picked us up on both ends of our trip and we didn't have to wait at all. The service was wonderful.
