How easy the process is from beginning to end. Service is great and staff is friendly.

Friendly, helpful staff. Dependable shuttle service. I like that somebody always greets me at 4am at the entry gate and helps me scan me reservation confirmation. It is stressful getting out so early and rushing to make a flight. I like that the staff tells me which row to park in and the shuttle finds me at my parking space shortly after I park to pick me up.

The cashier offered me water as I exited, which was nice after a long trip. All the drivers are friendly and help me load/unload my bags.

We loved how easy it was to park and how timely the bus was in getting us to our terminal. We only waited about 5 min for the Park and Fly bus to pick us up at our terminal upon our return. Bus drivers were super nice and helpful in getting our luggage on the bus. We had a great experience! Will definitely use Park and Fly again.
