Great service. On return journey we were picked up from terminal A even though they stop the pickup service to terminal A . At the time of reservation they had asked the return flight information and they must have kept track of this information and picked us up. Thank you for great service. For the outbound trip, Facility location was easy to get to, enter, and find a parking spot. The shuttle bus was available immediately. Same applies to the return trip six days later.

People were easy to work with — everyone was pleasant and friendly.

I t is easy in and out with the shuttle. The only thing that was difficult was using the credit card to pay for extra day and getting the gate to open.

Love that I can reserve ahead on my app and earn free days. Love that they tell me which row to go down where there is an empty spot for me. Love that I get picked up right at my car once I park, especially when it’s raining! Love that I get dropped off right near check in. And love that they text me when I land and say “welcome home” ❤️

I needed assistance to leave the facility. The screen needed to be manipulated by the attendant in order for it to work. It would be better if you had fool-proof way to exit. Otherwise, the experience was outstanding.
