I like there is no hassle to parking at SFO. This was the first time I prepaid for my time there. It worked perfectly. When I got back on a delayed flight at 11:30 pm, I just used their text message to “Come get me”. It took less than 15 minutes to pick me up. The Driver was great! I didn’t get his name. I had spinal surgery and can’t lift anything or twist. He put my suitcase on the plane and helped me up the stairs. When we got back to Park N Fly, he got my bag back on the ground.

Had a great experience with drop off and pick up of our car. The shuttle pulled up directly next to our car so the loading of luggage in and out was very painless! Lot is very secure and has people working there 24/7, so I had no worries about the safety of our car/belongings when we were away on our trip.

I appreciate your emails when you have special prices. I'm also very impressed by the service your employees provide. On my recent trip, I left my phone on the shuttle when arriving at the airport. I believe it was turned in by an employee who was also riding the shuttle. Then, the person at the office who called me to tell me my phone was found was wonderful and reassuring. Finally, the shuttle driver who picked me up to take me back to the office so I could retreive my phone was amazing. He waited for me at the office to get my phone and then drove me to the next departing shuttle. Thanks to them, I still made my flight!
