I was just dropped off on a Monday morning at the airport. Walked into the airport and realized I had left my phone in my car so I went back outside and one of the drivers who just let everyone off was willing to pick me up and take me right to my car get my phone and bring me back to the airport so I could make my flight. I should’ve asked her name but I didn’t, but she save the day.

Parking is convenient located near airport. Parking lot is safe & secured with a fence & gates. Employees & drivers were very friendly & helpful. We didn't have to wait for a ride to or from the airport. Shuttle was waiting for us each way.

The service provided by the associates at this location was absolutely excellent! I had several issues with my car and the two people that helped me when I dropped off and picked up were amazing and helpful. Nancy in the booth on 5-9-23 was extremely helpful when my battery was dead when I went to pick up the car. Due to the level of care I received, I will absolutely be a return custom.

Love that you can go online and book your car to park while on vacation and don’t have to worry about someone bringing and picking you up at the airport. Service was great drivers were very friendly and on time. Will definitely be using park and fly again. Thank you!

The only thing I’d recommend is maybe cleaning the seat upholstery on the shuttle.

Everything about the process was quick and easy, it was decently priced, I was picked up fast, and the shuttle drivers were very kind and awesome!

We did have to wait extra time at airport, because we needed 2 shuttles, because we had 16 people to be picked up. But got it cleared up and everything was fine after that. Thanks for the cold water.

Easy to use your service. Don't have to worry about parking. I use the valet service & it is well worth the extra money. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Will continue to use Park N Fly & would definitely reccomend it to family/friends.
