Convenient location and access. The pickup instructions were different on the text messages versus the back of the parking reminder. very confusing

The lot is close to the airport. Shuttle drivers are great at getting you to and from the airport quickly. And they help you if needed. AND the rates are reasonable. Don't forget that FREE car wash on departure. Whats not to LIKE!

Everyone was great. We use ParkNFly every time we fly out of MSP. I had a great experience with my driver both to and from the airport. But on my way out, I had a tip in my pocket that fell out, so I tipped the driver more than I had anticipated. The driver found the tip in the seat, and ran in to give it to me. He could've kept it and I never would've known. But he didn't, he was honest and did a great job. I don't remember his name, but he worked the evening of 5/2/23.

The process is easy and reliable! Our driver this time (who we also had when we left) is just amazing. Caring, attentive, and a GREAT ASSET to your organization. He cares about the customers and our time vs. just getting tips.

Easy of use. Consistency of timing and availability. This service is a very important part of my travel plans, I hope it continues to operate as it has. Thank you for all you do.

What do you like about our services?

I like the valet service. Keep training all employees on customer service. Last but not least the communication for the pick-up location needs improvement. My suggestion If there is a same-day pick up change a text message and email should be the notification vehicle

The staff from the shuttle drivers to the valet are always so friendly. After a long travel day it's really nice to come back to great customer service. I have & will continue to recommend parking here to colleagues & friends.
