There were multiple busses running. Pickup from the lot on the way to the airport was fast and pickup at the airport at the end of our trip was fast. Very much improved over the service we received over the past two years. This is how is used to be pre-covid. Thanks!

prompt pickup, friendly and helpful drivers, that said have had one driver that was a bit grouchy but the traffic was really bad. I enjoy drivers that are engaging.

We had a great experience until we picked our car back up from the lot at the end of the trip. We were confused how to use the QR code and asked the attendant for help and he literally yelled at us. We understand the workers are busy but our QR code didn’t work and we needed help. Otherwise everything went seemlessly.

This was my first-time using Park-N-Fly and I was a little nervous as I wasn't sure what to do.
I arrived around 3AM on Thursday 5/11 and the woman working the booth was extremely kind, personable and helpful. The drivers to and from the airport were very friendly and the gentleman working the booth when I left on Sunday 5/14 was also very friendly and helpful and even gave me a bottle of water for my drive home. I had a great experience and will definitely use Park-N-Fly again.
