The lot is conveniently located off the highway and near the airport. The drivers are very friendly and helpful, picking us up/dropping us off right at our car.
The check out kiosk needs updating though; difficult to exit without knowing you have to scan the barcode first, then the QR code. There is no sign to say that and it doesn't say that on the screen either.

Good pricing and undercover parking
The whole process went smoothly from booking to finding a parking spot to shuttle service and checkout. The cherry on top is the free car wash. That said, what most sticks out to me is the friendliness of the shuttle driver Charles, such a friendly human being. Finally, the service was a great value for the price we paid.
