To make reservation until I picked up car upon returning. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and explained everything necessary to know with patience. I especially enjoyed the shuttle driver's routine on the return to pick up the car. I believe his name was Rinh . He was very engaging as well as attentive to help with the luggage and make the shuttle ride a bit more fun after a long day of flying.

I was very happy with the promptness of the shuttle service.
However, I struggled with the scanning mechanism when leaving so I am concerned wether or not I was actually scanned out of the lot because I called the attendant and after a shuttle driver verified I was in on a reservation, he opened the gate and let me out.
I sent an email this morning asking for verification that that I did in fact get checked out and am not being charged for additional days.
On a previous stay in the same lot, I had no problem at checking out as I just scanned my QR Code and the gate opened.
